What does it cost to berth a boat at DOF? $800 per quarter assessment billed directly to the slip owner. A late fee is charged for all assessments 30 days overdue.
What are the boat size limits at DOF? Maximum length of each slip is 30 feet, and each boat must be of such length and dimensions and moored so that the boat does not extend beyond its slip and create a navigational hazard for other boats or otherwise impedes access to and from other slips. Maximum height is 12 feet (to clear the bridges at high tide), and the water depth at mean low tide is 5 feet.
How does an owner stay in touch with DOF activities and updates? The website will be updated regularly with periodic communications sent out by email and post. In addition to quarterly Board of Directors meetings (March, June, September and December), there is an annual meeting in December. Notice of all quarterly meetings are posted on the clubhouse door, and notification is sent to slip owners of the annual meeting. All owners are welcome to attend.
